THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY ECLIPSE ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Eclipse provides technical analysis tools, trading indicators, and algorithmic strategies for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained in our Services constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities, financial instruments, or other assets.
NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITS. Past performance of any trading indicator, strategy, or backtest result is not indicative of future results. All backtested results shown are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and biases.
TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK. Trading securities, derivatives, futures, options, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRADING DECISIONS. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that any trading decisions you make are your own. Eclipse, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of our Services or your trading activities.

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each subscription is licensed to a single user and a single TradingView account.
Eclipse offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Plan features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Annual subscriptions are one-time payments for twelve (12) months of access and do not automatically renew.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and select cryptocurrencies for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not store your complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing monthly subscriptions will take effect at the next renewal period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases.
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions represent a one-time purchase for twelve (12) months of access. Annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund once the purchase is complete. You will retain access to the Services for the full twelve-month period from the date of purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate delivery of digital services and instant access to proprietary trading indicators upon purchase, all subscription fees—whether monthly or annual—are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases involving documented technical failures solely attributable to Eclipse that completely prevent access to the Services for an extended period, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider issuing a partial credit or refund. Such determinations are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. To request consideration, you must contact support@eclipse.io within seven (7) days of the issue occurring with detailed documentation of the problem.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution rather than contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and revoke access to all Services. Additionally, you may be prohibited from creating new accounts or purchasing Services in the future. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to trading indicators, algorithms, strategies, source code, software, text, graphics, logos, and documentation—are owned by Eclipse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. This license does not include the right to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ECLIPSE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR:

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eclipse regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
