About This Script
The Eclipse Reversals indicator identifies high-probability turning points on any timeframe. The reversals are graded R1-R3, allowing traders to decide for themselves which signals to follow.
Parameters scale automatically to the active timeframe, eliminating the need for manual re-tuning.
Modes:
- Self-Tuning: Tunes to the timeframe you are currently on. No need to fiddle with numbers
- Manual: Choose a manual length. Low manual lengths give frequent signals (with 1 providing the most frequent signals). High lengths give fewer signals
Features:
- Graded Reversals: Each reversal is graded from R1 to R3, with R1 being the lowest risk signal, R2 being medium and R3 offering the highest risk with the highest reward. Each reversal can be colour-graded too using the 'Multi-Colour' option
- Filter: It contains a reversal filter which waits for noise to settle before firing a signal. Can be turned off to allow for closer entries to local tops/bottoms at the expense of less accuracy
How To Use
The Eclipse Reversals are best used with the trend. But other than that, simply add it to your chart and let it do all the math for you.
- R1: Reversal 1. Lowest risk and the safest play. With R1, you are trading with the trend
- R2: Reversal 2. Medium risk but still often trading with trend. R2 usually signifies reversals that are pullbacks deeper than R1 but still offer a viable option
- R3: Reversal 3. Highest risk with the highest reward. Best to use in confluence with other signals
